The Weekend
Friday, May 29th – Pre-Drinks
We’d love to kick things off with you the evening before!
Join us for relaxed pre-drinks at Gasthof Rössle Bad Wörishofen from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.
Saturday, May 30th – Wedding Day
Please arrive at Funkenbauers Alm by 1:30 pm at the latest. Our celebration begins at 2:00 pm
Sunday, May 31st – Recovery
For everyone still around, join us for a laid-back get-together at Jagdhof Schlingen from 1:00 pm.
Getting There
To travel between Bad Wörishofen and the Wedding venue, you can call Taxi Hackspiel - they’ve mentioned it’s approx 10 Euro per person when all seats are filled. We’ll also have limited spots on a shuttle bus — just let us know in advance if you’d like to hop on. The same options will be available for the return journey.
Staying at the Alm
For the adventurous among you, there’s the option to stay overnight at the venue. There are two shared dorm-style rooms with mattresses (bed sheets provided). It’s all part of the experience — but fair warning: it’s more cozy mountain hut than boutique hotel. Everyone who stays is very welcome,just know it’s a simple setup.

Fun Formal
Wear your favourite festive outfit — colourful, playful, or a little fancy. It doesn’t have to be traditional or super formal; just come as the fun version of you!
Travel
Nearest international airport: Munich (MUC)
Nearest Major train station: Munich Central Station
From there train or car to a hotel nearby (~1 Hour from Munich)
The nearest villages from the location are Oberthingau/Unterthingau* and Marktoberdorf** if you’d rather be closer near-by.
However if you have a day or two extra, we can suggest to stay in Bad Wörishofen**, a small and nice spa village with Parks, Cafes and Beer Gardens which is not too far from the venue.
The Welcome Drinks and Recovery Afternoon will be also near-by.
We are checking for group bus/taxi options for the day of the wedding.
